Avocado and Coconut Milk Hair Conditioner



What You Will Need?
1 Avocado small
1/4 cup Coconut Milk (full fat)
1/4 cup Olive Oil
Hair Therpy Wrap

Steps
1. Mix together in blender
2. Apply to hair from roots-to-tips
3. Twists hair into 16 twists
4. Place plastic cap on head
5. Put Hair Therapy Wrap on head (heat for 10 seconds microwave)
6. Leave on hair for 40mins
7. Risen with cold water
8. Use both head to smooth cold water over your hair
9. Apply leave-in conditioner and hair oils
9. Proceed to style

My take on this conditioner.

This is my third time trying this conditioner and I love it!!! Conditioner where have you been since I have been natural!!! Avocado & Coconut milk conditioner will be part of my regimen from now on. My hair feels soft, looks elongated (even after my twist-out), low frizz, and my scalp even feels moisturize afterward. This is by far the best deep conditioning treatment I have ever had. I recommend this for any curly girl, regardless of hair hair type.

*Note*
You will have to reheat the Hair Therapy Wrap after 20mins.

Chocolate Body Scrub

What you will need?

1 cup Organic Brown Sugar ( Whole Foods 365 Everyday Value)
1/4 cup Organic Virgin Coconut Oil (Whole foods 365 Everyday Value)
1 container


1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Wet body with water and apply to skin
3. Scrub gently
4. Rinse

You can apply the body scrub before or after you wash. I apply it after I wash. I name it chocolate body scrub because thats what it reminded me of. I hope you enjoy!!!

How to make a Leave-in Conditioner

What you will need?
1.Water bottle
2.Water 5oz
3.Vegetable Glycerin 2tbsp
4.Honey 1tsp
5.Sunflower seed Oil 2tbsp (Organic)
6.Virgin Coconut Oil 1tbsp (Organic)
7.Aloe Vera Gel 1tbsp

Pour all ingredient in water bottle, and shake before every uses.

What are the benefits of using an leave-in conditioner?

Applying conditioner to your hair on a regular basics, provides the the hair with proper nutrients and rehydration that is need to grow and look it best. Also, the sebum the is naturally in the hair has a hard time going from the roots of your hair to the ends. This is why curly hair is often dry and lacks shine.

How often should I use a leave- in conditioner?

If your hair is short (big chop)I recommend applying an very small amount to your hair, along with water on daily basics.

If your hair is long I recommend applying as often as needed, and add water to your hair daily basics.

Water is the the most important key in rehydration and growing long healthy hair. This simple substance is always looked over when it come to hair growth and rehydration. Curly heads always tend to clog their hair cuticle with butters and oils, and that lead to buildup. NOT HAIR GROWTH!!! If a plant is dry, do you dump a cup of oil on it? The answer would be NO, you would pour water on the plant. Because everybody know that water make every live organism grow. We should apply the same rules when it come our hair.

Vegetable Glycerin and honey keeps hair hydrated by drawing moisture from the air to the hair shaft. As a conditioner, it's especially beneficial for curly hair, which tends to be drier due to the shape of the hair shaft.

Sunflower oil is a light- to medium-textured base oil high in essential fatty acids: antioxidants vitamins A, D, and E. Deeply nourishing and moisturizing and its similar to human sebum.

Coconut oil is excellent as a skin moisturizer and softener. Coconut oil is one of the best natural nutrition for hair. It helps in healthy growth of hair providing an shiny complexion. Regular massage of the head with coconut oil ensures that your scalp is free of dandruff, lice, and lice eggs, even if your scalp is dry. Coconut oil is extensively used in the Indian sub-continent for hair care. It is an excellent conditioner and helps in the re-growth of damaged hair. It also provides the essential proteins required for nourishing damaged hair.

Aloe Vera gel promote hair growth, and restore hair back to its natural pH.

Bentonite Clay Hair Detox


Why use bentonite clay to cleanse your hair?

Bentonite is like a sponge it draws toxins and impurity from your hair, without striping moisture from your hair.
It will leave your hair soft and ready to absorb your conditioner.

How often should you use bentonite clay?

Use whenever you feel like your hair has to much buildup. I only use it once a month, due to fact that I don't use heavy products.

How to use bentonite clay?

1.Mix the desire amount of clay with apple cider vinegar. The mixture need to be thick, but spreadable.
2.Apply to your wet hair and leave on for 20mins.
3.Rinse with water.
4.Apply your deep conditioner.

Apple Cider Vinegar Wash

Apple Cider Vinegar can restore your hair back to it normal pH, of 4.4-5.5.
Apple Cider Vinegar will remove product buildup from your hair, and is a great alternative to harsh shampoos.


1.Mix 3/4 cup of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar to 1 liter of warm water
2.Wet hair with warm water.
3.Pour the ACV onto your roots and let it run throughout your hair.
4.Rinse hair well with warm water.
5.Apply an deep conditioner to your hair and rinse with COLD water.

* Note
The smell of apple cider vinegar will go away after you deep condition.

Avocado Hair Conditioner for Curly or Kinky Hair

Ingredients
1 Avocado (*Ripen)
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1 Egg

1.Combine all ingredient into a blender until smooth and creamy. The mixture should be a thick light green texture.
2.Wash and detangle hair
3.Apply to hair and place a plastic cap on your head.
4.Leave on for 1 hour/or put heating cap/or sit under a hooded dryer
5.Risen out well with cool water
6.Apply hair oil and an all natural leave-in conditioner ( like Giovanni direct leave-in)

Benefit of Avocado & Olive Oil

Avocado are rich in nutritive and conditioning components such as vitamins A,B1,B2,D, and E that are especially helpful to dry, dull skin and hair.

Olive oil makes an excellent conditioning oil for dry hair. Has monounsaturated fat fatty acids and vitamin E antioxidants.

This conditioner will elongate your curls, add moisture and shine.

A ripe avocado will yield to a gentle pressure when held in the palm of your hand and squeezed. The flesh is typically greenish yellow to golden yellow when ripe.
